Welcome to Scotch + Pepper Homes, LLC

Hello, and welcome to Scotch + Pepper Homes! We're excited to begin our adventure flipping homes and doing contract work in Mercer County, NJ and thrilled that you're reading our blog. Let me do some introductions:

Kevin Anderson is co-owner in charge of renovation and contract work. He is an award-winning architect (He got to meet the Queen of England when he won the Royal Society of Arts award!) and has 10+ years in the construction industry. In addition to his experience as a contractor in the U.S., Kevin has also worked as a carpenter in Canada, a stonemason in Scotland, and even helped build an orphanage in Ghana.

I'm Jess Anderson, also a co-owner; I run the day-to-day operations of the company, including all of the behind-the-scenes work. I helped Kevin flip our first house in Houston, TX and work as his apprentice. I have over a decade of customer service and marketing experience, and I'll be your contact if you have any questions about the company. As a writer by trade, I'll also keep you up-to-date on our adventures on this blog.

We hope to find the same success in home renovation in NJ that we found in TX and will be handling projects in towns such as Ewing, Pennington, Lawrenceville, Hopewell, Princeton, and more; and we are currently working on securing our first NJ flip for this real estate adventure.
