We flipped this beautiful turn-of-the-century colonial home on North Greenwood Ave in Hopewell.
We converted 1.5 stories to a full 2 stories and added a master suite on the second floor. We also enlarged and modernized the kitchen.The home came with rich hardwood floors that were refinished and brought back to life. We converted an awkward entryway into an office, and moved the front door from the side to the front of the porch.
COVID-19 shut much of the world down, but it was a great time to be renovating a house. All subcontractors came wearing masks and willing to work; and the Home Depot was still open, so we were able to easily get supplies for the project.
